Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl20.best, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any game or service offered by JL 20, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and JL 20.

If you are accessing JL 20 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. JL 20 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any JL 20 service. JL 20 takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and withhold any funds until age is verified. Any winnings generated by a minor's account will be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

JL 20 is intended for players located in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify whether your use of JL 20 is lawful in your location.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person, not a company or automated system.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a JL 20 employee.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from JL 20.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one JL 20 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering at JL 20, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. JL 20 will rely on this information for identity verification, withdrawal processing, and account security.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your JL 20 login credentials confidential.
• Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to protect your account.
• Notify JL 20 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• JL 20 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Verification (KYC)

JL 20 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a security review. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID). Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

JL 20 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at JL 20 varies by payment method but is generally ₱100. Current minimum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed at the deposit screen within your JL 20 account.

Deposit Processing

• GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your JL 20 wallet in most cases.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are subject to the processing times of the originating bank, typically within 15 minutes for InstaPay.
• Card payments are subject to standard payment network processing times.

Currency

All transactions at JL 20 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). JL 20 does not accept foreign currency deposits. If a payment is initiated in a different currency, it will be declined or returned.

Deposit Responsibility

You confirm that all funds deposited into your JL 20 account are from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. JL 20 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large deposits or where there are security concerns.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified (KYC complete), and the withdrawal amount must consist of real money balance — not active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.

Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours for standard accounts; faster for VIP members.
• Bank transfer (InstaPay / PESONet): Generally processed within 1 business hour during operating hours.
• Card withdrawals: Subject to the card issuer's processing schedule, typically 1–3 business days.

Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal at JL 20 is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier — standard accounts have a daily limit of ₱50,000; Silver VIP ₱100,000; Gold VIP ₱500,000; Diamond VIP limits are agreed directly with your personal account manager.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• JL 20 may delay withdrawal processing for security reviews or where KYC documents are outstanding.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

JL 20 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses at JL 20 carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each individual promotion page. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are for personal use by the account holder only. Using bonus funds in another player's account is prohibited.
• JL 20 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it suspects abuse, misrepresentation, or a breach of these terms.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus promotions — including through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or other methods designed to circumvent the purpose of the promotion — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.

VIP Club Cashback

Weekly cashback paid through the JL 20 VIP Club is calculated on net losses and credited every Monday. VIP cashback is not subject to wagering requirements unless specific promotional terms state otherwise. Full VIP program terms are available on the VIP Club page.

Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited. JL 20 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the JL 20 platform — including live dealer games, sports betting markets, Color Game, and other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these terms.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at JL 20 are conducted in real time using physical equipment (real cards, real dice) operated by trained dealers. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the recorded result at the time of disconnection. JL 20 will not void results on the basis of a player's connection failure alone.

Sports Betting

Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body for each sport. In the event of match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, JL 20's individual sport rules for that market will apply — generally returning stakes for unplayed events. Specific rules are available within the sports betting section of the platform.

Errors & Malfunctions

If a game error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure results in an incorrect display or an outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, JL 20 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. JL 20's decision on such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JL 20 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one JL 20 account, whether for personal use or to exploit promotions.
• Bonus abuse: Any coordinated, systematic, or bad-faith attempt to exploit bonus or promotional structures.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a way that unfairly influences game outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using JL 20 for any purpose related to the concealment or conversion of illegally obtained funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after depositing funds that have been played.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games or interact with the platform.
• Hacking or platform interference: Any attempt to access systems, data, or functionality not intended for player use.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or assisting a person under 18 to access and use your JL 20 account.

Account Suspension & Termination

JL 20's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

JL 20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering, or where required by applicable law or licensing obligations.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their JL 20 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. JL 20 will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ₱50 per month to the balance, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

Responsible Gaming

JL 20 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Reality checks: Pop-up notifications during gameplay showing your session duration and net balance change.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the JL 20 platform. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods of 24 hours up to 6 months; permanent exclusion is irreversible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the JL 20 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text, images, software, and trademarks — is the property of JL 20 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any JL 20 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from JL 20.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JL 20 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JL 20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical errors outside JL 20's control
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security
• Decisions made by you based on incorrect or misunderstood odds, game information, or promotional terms

JL 20's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes JL 20's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by JL 20's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Changes to These Terms

JL 20 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JL 20 will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will clearly show the date they were last revised.

If you continue to use the JL 20 platform after the effective date of any update, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should discontinue using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of JL 20 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with JL 20's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact JL 20 support at support@jl20.best to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. JL 20 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
